Abstract:
This dataset includes variuos regions of mouse brain (cortex, striatum, thalamus, cerebellum) showing single molecule RNA transcripts of endogenous cell marker genes and systemically-delivered AAV transcripts. This allows us to quantify the tropism profiles of AAVs across genetically defined cell types.
