Abstract:

This dataset is part of a fly brain imaging experiment describing dendrite targeting of projection neurons at neuronal type-specific resolution across development. Here, we labeled DC3/VA1d PNs (acj6+) and DA1 PNs (acj6-) with Halo and SNAP, respectively and examined their dendrite targeting in the developing fly brain.

 

Methods:

Fly6_brain_1 show antennal lobe regions in both left and right hemispheres of the same brain.
