Abstract:
This dataset is part of a fly brain imaging experiment describing dendrite targeting of projection neurons at neuronal type-specific resolution across development. Here, we labeled lov+ PNs and DC2 PNs (91G04+) with GFP and Halo, respectively and examined their dendrite targeting in the developing fly brain.

 

Methods:
Fly1_brain_1 and Fly1_brain_2 refer to antennal lobe regions in the left and right hemispheres of the same brain, respectively.
