Abstract:
This data collection is part of a study comparing the morpho-electric properties of layer 5 extratelencephalic-projecting neurons in motor versus temporal neocortical areas in the macaque. Here, we reconstruct biocytin fills of macaque neurons obtained during Patch-seq experiments.
