Abstract:
This data collection contains images of brains of mice transduced with viral vectors carrying different regulatory elements and
reporters to study transcriptional crosstalk between AAV genomes. The data is described in the publication "Spatial genomics of AAVs
reveals mechanism of transcriptional crosstalk that enables targeted delivery of large genetic cargo."
