This data set is a series of four-color volumetric super-resolution microscopy reconstructions of retinogeniculate synapses in the
developing mouse dorsal lateral geniculate nucleus. The imaging technique was single-molecule localization using Stochastic Optical
Reconstruction Microscopy (STORM). The data set includes volumetric .tiff image stacks from wild-type mice and a genetic mutant
mouse line with abnormal retinal wave activity during postnatal development (B2KO mouse). Three separate postnatal time points were
imaged during the first week of development (P2/P4/P8). The data set includes images from biological triplicate samples at each time
point and genotype. Images were taken in the future contralateral region of the dLGN.
