Abstract:
Images of mouse brains, either expressing LRP6 or not, following systemic injection of AAVs to determine whether the AAVs use LRP6 to cross the blood-brain barrier. Data associated with Shay et al. (2024) "Human cell surface-AAV interactomes identify LRP6 as blood-brain barrier transcytosis receptor and immune cytokine IL3 as AAV9 binder." Nature Communications.
