Abstract:

This collection of data is a series of confocal imaging experiments using clonal raider ant (Ooceraea biroi) brains. These data were used to generate and evaluate the clonal raider ant reference brain. This collection includes brains stained with an anti-Synapsin antibody, which labels all brain neuropil, and some brains are additionally stained with antibodies which recognize neurotransmitters or neuropeptides.
