Abstract:

MERFISH Spatial transcriptomic data from the cortex of 4 human donors, imaged on Vizgen MERSCOPE Ultra using a custom pan-Cortex panel of probes. Gene panel was designed to allow for annotation of major cell types of the cortex for the purpose of adding spatial information to the brain atlas of the BICAN project. Additionally, the gene panel contains 20 control genes with predictable expression accross cell types.
