Abstract:
This dataset includes spatial transcriptomics data from cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral sections of the adult mouse spinal
cord with virally labeled ascending spinal projection neurons. It was generated on the Xenium (10x Genomics) platform including gene
expression data from 480 genes to discriminate major cell classes and neuron types in the mouse spinal cord and determine the
projectome and sex specific differences of the structure. This resource was generated as part of the BRAIN Initiative Cell Atlas
Network (BICAN).
