Abstract:
This collection of datasets includes part of the mouse cortex showing single molecule RNA transcripts of endogenous cell marker genes and systemically-delivered AAV transcripts, various regions of mouse brain (cortex, striatum, thalamus, cerebellum) showing single molecule RNA transcripts of endogenous cell marker genes and systemically-delivered AAV transcripts, and part of mouse cortex showing single molecule RNA transcripts of endogenous cell marker genes and systemically-delivered AAV transcripts regulated by miRNA target sites inserted in the viral genome. This allows us to quantify the tropism profiles of AAVs across genetically defined cell types.
